Here's how it works:
1) You start by filling out a quick form below.
This helps me understand your lifestyle, goals, training history, and any relevant health details. Based on your answers, I may follow up with extra questions and will also ask you to record a short movement assessment.
2) I write and send your customized training program.
You’ll get access to a Google Sheets workspace or App containing your full program, exercise videos, clear guidelines, and step-by-step instructions to follow with ease.
3) Then the actual coaching starts.
We’ll stay in touch over Telegram. This is where we fine-tune your technique, adjust your training as you progress, and finding solutions to any problems that can get in the way of your progress.
