You’ll get access to a Notion workspace containing your full program, exercise videos, clear guidelines, and step-by-step instructions to follow with ease.
3) We kick off the coaching
All ongoing support happens via Telegram or email. This is where we fine-tune your technique, adjust your training as you progress, and work together to overcome any obstacles holding you back.
