This helps me understand your lifestyle, goals, training history, and any relevant health details. Based on your answers, I may follow up with extra questions and will also ask you to record a short movement assessment.
2) I create and deliver your training plan.
You’ll get access to a Notion workspace containing your full program, exercise videos, clear guidelines, and step-by-step instructions to follow with ease.
3) We kick off the coaching
We’ll stay in touch over Telegram or email. This is where we fine-tune your technique, adjust your training as you progress, and work together to overcome any obstacles holding you back
